My Springtime Colour Palette

Well hello there!

It seems to be that time of year again, where because the season changes, your house apparently has to as well. Now usually I wouldn't pay attention to the emerging design trends unless I was in the middle of a design project. But as I am currently decorating my new home (stay tuned) I have started to take notice. And I have to say I am very excited about some of the colours which seem to be popping up recently!

So this is my first attempt at finding furniture or accessories that will match this seasons suggested colours.

New life...New start

Well hello there!

As usual..long time no blog ehh? Unfortunately I have been in the process of moving house for the last 4 months, and FINALLY after all that time, we are getting the keys!Today! Can I get a hallelujah?

So I have finally been able to start planning for each room of the new house, and I hope to share them with you bit by bit, hopefully showing the finished outcomes along the way!

First and foremost, my room! Well my room for the time being anyway. The room which I plan to eventually be my bedroom needs a lot of work done to make it a more suitable living space. So until that is completed, I will be turning the small guest bedroom into my humble abode. 

Here is my mood board with my initial ideas. I haven't quite figured out yet whether I would like the general tones to be blue or green or maybe both? But I would still like to be able to use all of the same finishing touches to complete the interior that I want.
